Whitney Steber is the Clinical Research Manager with the Division of Rheumatology and Mitogen Advanced Diagnostics Lab at the University of Calgary.

Ms. Steber joined the Division of Rheumatology in 1996 and has been active in outcomes and clinical trials research in the areas of lupus, vasculitis, spondyloarthropathy, and scleroderma. Many of her research projects have been in collaboration with multicentre research groups including the Canadian Network for Improved Outcomes in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, the Canadian Scleroderma Research Group, the Spondyloarthritis Research Consortium of Canada, and the Systemic Lupus International Coordinating Centers.

Ms. Steber is actively engaged in mentoring students and trainees and she is a member of the American Medical Writers Association.
